Floyd and Caddy are getting to know a horse called Theo who is a bit puppyish himself - he isn't broken in but seems fascinated with Floydie - there's a lot of nostril licking going on between them. Caddy is coming around to Theo now.

We've discovered something in the past week.... Floyd hates being away from Cad.  Olivia took Floyd to school on Thursday night because she did an oral presentation for English on Rottweiler's & the evils of tail docking.  Floyd was really good (timid but good) but after about 1/2 hour started whimpering; all was wonderful when we got home and he was with Caddy again.  Yep, I think they're friends.

I found out Floyd liked coffee the other morning - after they had there wrestles under the dining table & tipped over a cup of (cold) coffee - Floyd lapped it up. He's enjoying bones & has managed to carry them around.  He likes getting into the water troughs and eats anything.  He has been carrying a carrot around in his mouth during the last day or so.
